[[Playmats]] are large tabletop mats (similar to mouse pads) that create an ideal playspace for card games, including Little Troubles! They all sport a non-slip, rubbery bottom to keep the play surface stationary while letting cards move freely on top. All Little Troubles mats also have wonderful artwork on top, mostly taken directly from specific cards.

Playmats come in two varities for Little Troubles: A Field-Of-Play playmat, and an Art-Only playmat. '''Cookie Counters''' are a custom-made, game-themed accessory to help players keep track of their current cookie total. The top of the cookie has been bitten off to show a marker and spins, while the bottom reveals tick marks from 1-100.

A very limited number of counters are printed with metallic paint, signifying a small lifetime discount on orders for any lucky customer. Copper was 2.5% off, Silver was 5% off, Gold was 7.5% off, and a lone real metal, gold-plated cookie was a full 10% off.
