"Adult" is a state of a character cards in Little Trouble. In most cases, this is the starting state of a character card when played onto the board. Adult character, in general, have higher maturity and confidence but give fewer turn based resources and rewards when regressed in a fight or by an action.
When defeated in a fight, most adult characters cards can be flipped into the regressed state. There are some exceptions, and they are noted on the card.
