Rulings
- After playing this card, the player's maximum Character count becomes 3.
- This card can be played even if the player controls more than 3 Characters.
- If after resolution the player controls more than 3 Characters, they will be unable to play any Characters until they control less than 3.
- Characters on their side of the playground will still be able to be Regressed and Restored as normal.
