So long as you control Potty of Greed, characters you control enter play regressed and cannot be restored.
Whenever you would draw a card, draw two instead. Send Potty of Greed to timeout when you discard cards due to hand limit.
Rulings
- As the Characters played enter regressed, this does not trigger any effects that happen when a character is regressed.
- You cannot play Characters without a regressed side while this card is on your Playground. This include single-faced adult Characters, Characters immune to regression and adult Characters whose reverse side is another card type, such as Rich Parent // Blew It All On Toys.
