A Quick Ability, shown with a shooting star symbol, can be triggered during any phase of a player's turn that an action or quick action can be played. The effect shown on the card is immediate.

If the word Grab appears after the shooting star symbol, this means that the grab action can be done as a quick ability instead of the normal limitation of grab only being able to be done in the "build" phase of the turn.
