Leaderboard

Leaderboard is a Toy card. It was introduced in Back To (Pre)School.

Card Text

If you won the last Fight: produces 4 this turn.
If you lost the last Fight: subtracts 5 this turn.

(Produces no resources if you didn't Fight last turn.)

Leaderboard's effect is treated as being in only one state at time: granting +4 or -5 based on whether the player won or lost the last completed fight.
If played before any fights take place/are completed, or the previous fight was skipped (e.g. via No Class Today), Leaderboard produces 0.
If a fight is ended by a card effect without denoting a fight win or loss (e.g. via Just Better Motivated), Leaderboard's state does not change; i.e. if it was producing +4 due to the previous turn's fight, it continues to produce +4 if this turn's fight was ended (but not skipped).
When a fight results in both a Win and Loss for the player controlling Leaderboard, both effects trigger but the player chooses the order that they take effect. This allows them to choose the loss effect to trigger first, before the win effect changes the state back to producing +4.
