'"Magical" Onesie is a Toy card. It was introduced in Roll For Regression.

If you control exactly one Adult Character, add their per turn resources to the Regressed Character grabbing "Magical" Onesie.

It's not really magic, of course. Not really. But it's ability to hold your diaper in place does border on the supernatural.
